Zac Quinn published his first novel “Sanlundia” after spending six months working on Manus Island, Papua New Guinea, as a Support Worker helping asylum seekers within the Australian Government-operated Offshore Detention Centre.
He chose to write about this experience as a mystery novel, with the aim of reaching a wider audience than non-fiction books on the same
subject.
